The villa - Overview

The villa is a 230m2 contemporary villa and part of a two-property complex on Zakynthos island, designed to the highest specifications and defined by a minimal design utilizing metal and wood creating a property of unique aesthetics. It includes 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests.

Entering the ground floor of the villa, someone finds an open plan kitchen/living/dining area with large windows overlooking the garden and allowing plenty of light to enter the house. Bathed in natural light and decorated in luxurious simplicity and impeccable attention to detail, this villa interior is truly splendid. Wooden details, mosaic kitchen tiles, and sophisticated furnishing are some of this level's highlights. An elegantly designed master bedroom and an en-suite bathroom are also located on the same level. The ground floor has a magnificent view and direct access to the swimming pool area. Its earthy color scheme, where grey hues dominate, creates a flawless interior and exterior design.

An internal staircase leads us to the second floor which comprises 3 more tastefully designed bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (one of them features a Jacuzzi bathtub). Luxury, simplicity, and good taste are the main characteristics of this stunning property. Two of the bedrooms provide sensational sea views while the other two enjoy garden views and idyllic surroundings.

In the area surrounding the villa, there is a private 40sqm swimming pool with various sitting arrangements, barbeque facilities, indoor parking, and a shaded terrace with a dining area to enjoy moments of leisure and relaxation. Luxury blends with Greek nature’s beauty and the result are more than breathtaking.

Virginia

Virginia, constituent state of the United States of America, one of the original 13 colonies. It is bordered by Maryland to the northeast, the Atlantic Ocean to the southeast, North Carolina and Tennessee to the south, Kentucky to the west, and West Virginia to the northwest. The state capital is Richmond.

Virginia was nicknamed the Old Dominion for its loyalty to the exiled Charles II of England during the Puritan Commonwealth and Protectorate (1653–59). It has one of the longest continuous histories among the American states, dating from the settlement of Jamestown in the early 17th century. It was named for Elizabeth I, the Virgin Queen, and under its original charter was granted most of the lands stretching westward from the Atlantic seaboard settlements to the Mississippi River and beyond—territories yet unexplored by Europeans. The contributions of such Virginians as George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, and James Madison were crucial in the formation of the United States, and in the early decades of the republic the state was known as the Birthplace of Presidents.
