The villa is part of a complex of four identical properties. Each property is a luxurious stone villa situated on a small hill in Afantou, Rhodes. All properties have a stunning view, overlooking the azure waters of the Mediterranean Sea. They measure 130m2 and have 2 levels consisting of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. These luxurious properties accommodate up to 6 (plus 2) guests each, a total of 24. They are located in a prime location, and they offer majestic coastline views from every single room, especially from those on the first floor.
On the ground floor of the villa, you will find an open-plan living/dining/kitchen area. Also, on the ground floor, there is a bathroom and a bedroom with a king-size bed. Moreover, The interior design of this property has earthy tones combined with elements of Greek beauty such as stone and wood. Its comfortable furnishings and the fireplace create a cozy “modern cottage” style creating a welcoming atmosphere. In addition, the ground floor offers direct access to an outdoor veranda and its BBQ area that overlooks the outdoor swimming pool and the lawn area.
Going upstairs there are two more bedrooms. Both of them benefit from unparalleled infinite blue views and a large terrace. Also, an extra shared bathroom is also available on this level.
