Floor 1
The main floor is an open space kitchen and living room that leads to the villa’s two balconies. The large balcony offers a grill and outdoor dining area.

Ground Floor
You can reach the ground floor via an internal staircase. It features three (3) en-suite bedrooms, one with bunk two (2) beds and a couch-bed, one with two (2) single beds, and a master bedroom with an additional bed. You can access the small porch through the door, which leads to the garden and private pool area.

Floor 2
On the top floor, you will find a bathroom and master bedroom with a large balcony, overlooking the pool area.

Location
The villa is located in Plaka, a safe and quiet neighborhood, just 250 meters (3-minute walking) from the beach. You can reach the center (Chora) in 10 minutes by car, and visit bars, shops, and supermarkets. Many restaurants, cafes, and activities are located within walking distance.
