The villa features five beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms and stunning views of either the sea or the mountains. The bedrooms include a master bedroom with a double bed (180×200), three guest bedrooms with double beds (180×200), and one guest bedroom with twin beds (2x100x200). In addition, two large sofas can be used for extra sleeping space, and baby cots can also be provided upon request.

The villa's open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is the perfect place for guests to relax and socialize. The indoor space spans an impressive 300 square meters, with modern furnishings and stylish decor that exude luxury and sophistication. The living area includes comfortable sofas and a flat-screen TV with cable-satellite channels and a DVD player. The dining area features a large table that can seat up to 10 guests, while the fully equipped kitchenette is ideal for preparing meals and snacks.

One of the highlights of the villa is the stunning 50 square meter swimming pool, which is surrounded by a spacious terrace and sun loungers, perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying the views. The pool can be heated using a pool heat pump, ensuring a comfortable swim even on cooler days. Guests can also enjoy a pool cover, which helps to maintain the water temperature and ensure optimal heating.
