Situated on a high point in Pyrgos, the villa is the largest part of the Complex Villa Cosmopolitan provides breathtaking views of the sea, Akrotiri caldera, and the mesmerizing Santorinian sunset, making it a perfect location to enjoy every aspect of the island. The villa's position is centrally located yet retains its privacy, ensuring a tranquil and serene environment for guests to unwind and enjoy their vacation.

The villa's outdoor spaces offer a stylish place to lounge, entertain, and enjoy the warm weather, with a private outdoor heated plunge pool inviting guests to take a refreshing dip after long hours of sunbathing on the daybeds. The villa's shaded patio is the perfect spot to enjoy a variety of Greek homemade delicacies served a la carte for breakfast or indoor dining.

The villa has three stories with a total area of 200 sq.m., accommodating up to 8-9 guests spaciously. The entrance is on the ground floor, opening to the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchenette along with a WC. The large windows all around the space offer incredible views of the surrounding areas.

On the first floor, guests will find the master bedroom with a king-size bed, two bedrooms with queen-size beds, and two bathrooms with a shower. The large heated indoor plunge pool with an entertainment lounge is in the basement, along with the fourth bedroom and the third bathroom with a shower.

The villa provides a variety of amenities, including cable-satellite TV, DVD player, CD player, stereo system, and high-speed internet access to ensure guests' entertainment needs are met. The villa's individually controlled air conditioning (FC unit) provides ultimate comfort, while the wardrobe, safe deposit box, and ironing board provide guests with added convenience. Bathrobes and slippers, toiletries, and pool towels are provided, while daily housekeeping ensures guests' comfort throughout their stay.
