The villa is your exclusive summer retreat designed exclusively for adults. The villa boasts three bedrooms, including one master bedroom and two attic rooms, ensuring comfortable lodgings for 6-8 people, with a maximum capacity of 10. The master bedroom is appointed with a King size double bed, featuring a luxurious 35cm mattress. Each attic room is equipped with a wooden staircase leading to a double bed, complemented by a 31cm silk/memory foam mattress. Additionally, on the Floor Level, a sofa bed serves as a convenient single/double bed option. The villa offers a fully equipped kitchen and a gas BBQ, enabling you to indulge in culinary delights throughout your stay. For your convenience, there are two bathrooms with showers and glass separators: one located on the first floor and another on the ground floor. Additionally, a separate WC can be found on the ground floor.

Stepping outside, you'll find three lounge areas that offer stunning views of the Anavyssos basin and the inviting pool. Furthermore, a spacious dining area invites you to enjoy delectable meals amidst the picturesque surroundings. Six luxury sunbeds and numerous comfortable corners by the pool provide ample opportunities for relaxation throughout the day. The villa prides itself on providing luxury mattresses to ensure a restful and rejuvenating night's sleep. For entertainment, smart TVs with access to Netflix are available in all rooms, with a spacious 60-inch TV in the living room.
