Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit of €300 per person is required to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 60 days before departure.
For bookings made within 60 days of departure, the full cruise amount is payable at the time of booking.
Cancellation Charges
35 to 22 days before departure: 35% of the total cruise price
21 to 15 days before departure: 50% of the total cruise price
14 days or fewer before departure: 100% of the total cruise price
The €300 per-person deposit remains non-refundable in all cases.
Pregnancy Policy
Pregnant guests are advised to consult their doctor before travelling. At any stage of pregnancy, guests must carry a valid medical certificate confirming that they are fit to travel and participate in the cruise.
Minors & Unaccompanied Travelers
Guests under 18 years old must travel with a parent, legal guardian, or another responsible adult who has been authorised to accompany them. Infants and young children must be declared at the time of booking. Medical advice is recommended for infants up to 12 months old, and guests should note that the vessel is not suitable for strollers.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all cabins and enclosed onboard areas. Smoking is permitted only in the vessel’s designated smoking area. Cigarette butts must never be thrown overboard.
Gratuities & Service Charges
Gratuities are not included and are optional. Tips for the onboard crew are shared equally among crew members, while the Cruise Manager is usually tipped separately. A gratuity of approximately 2–3% of the cruise fare is customary for the Cruise Manager.

Guests must follow the instructions of the Captain and crew at all times. Pets and assistance animals are not permitted onboard.
