Cancellation Policy
Up to 120 days from embarkation: €80 / USD $100 per person administration fees, redeemable as Future Cruise Credit*
119 to 90 days from embarkation: 20% of the cruise fare
89 to 60 days from embarkation: 35% of the cruise fare
59 to 45 days from embarkation: 50% of the cruise fare
44 to 0 days from embarkation or no-shows: 100% of the cruise fare
Cancellations must be confirmed by VIVESTIA in writing in all cases. after cancellation, valid for any cruise and date of cruise
*In case of cancellation the administration fee per person will be converted to a future cruise credit redeemable on bookings made up to 12 months after cancellation, valid for any cruise and date of cruise
Pregnancy Policy
Pregnant guests are advised to contact Vivestia or the cruise supplier before booking, so that eligibility to travel can be confirmed according to the cruise operator’s health and safety requirements.
Minors & Unaccompanied Travelers
Children discounts apply to children aged 5–17 years old when sharing a triple cabin with two paying adults.
Port taxes are not discounted. Children aged 5–10 receive a 50% discount on the gross per-person twin cabin fare, while children aged 11–17 receive a 35% discount. In case of more than one cabin, full adult rates apply.
Family offers are available on request, subject to availability and occupancy levels, and must be requested at the time of reservation.

Smoking not allowed inside the vessel.
Gratuities & Service Charges
Crew tips are not included in the cruise fare. Gratuities are optional, but as a general guideline, satisfied guests are expected to offer approximately €15–18 per person, per day, to the Captain at the end of the cruise, for distribution among all crew members.
